Concordia Children’s Services is a child welfare agency that provides both residential and community based programs. We take in orphans and assist children who are from very poor families and provide them with education, spiritual hope and nourishment.
CCS was founded in 1983, in partnership with another child caring agency for abandoned, neglected and orphaned children. As the organization grew, we were incorporated. In 1988, our name was changed to Concordia to reflect our Lutheran heritage. In 1989, we expanded to serve the street and urban poor children in Pasig City.

I like volunteering at Concordia because it’s very giving, there are lots of great values here and the staff are doing very good for the children. Most of all, I fell in love to all the children.
Since I have been in Manila for two years, I have been visiting Concordia each week. It has been a life changing experience. I have felt so blessed and privileged being surrounded by so many special and committed staff. I have also met many very interesting volunteers from many parts of the world. The children are so loved and nurtured by the exceptional staff. There is so much joy and happiness at Concordia.
Sorrounded by angels is a gift from God that I can't resist. Babies makes you fall in love again and again... It's a great joy and privileged to let them loved.
