At Concordia Children’s Services, our child caregivers provide consistent and compassionate care, nurturing each child’s physical, emotional, and social well-being. They assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, and playtime; guide children in developing healthy habits; and offer comfort, encouragement, and gentle discipline. Through patience and understanding, they help children build trust, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Working hand in hand with our professional staff, our caregivers play an essential role in creating a safe, stable, and loving environment where every child feels valued and empowered to grow.

Our Support Staff

Our support staff play an essential role in keeping Concordia Children’s Services a safe, organized, and nurturing home for every child. They ensure that daily operations run smoothly by preparing nutritious meals, maintaining clean and functional facilities, providing transportation, and assisting with errands and logistical needs. Through their reliability, care, and teamwork, they help create a comfortable environment where children feel secure, cared for, and free to grow.
